We are a self- pay practice, but we do accept a limited number of insurance plans: Aetna, United Health Care, NC Blue Cross Blue Shield, SC Blue Cross Blue Shied,

If you are underemployed please ask about our sliding scale schedule

 

If you are out of network and would like to file a claim with your insurance for reimbursement, we can provide assistance to you. Please call us or email us with any payment questions.
